Hi, i played through this demo and beat it. i really like the art style and its easy to just do one more run. some of the random numbers and letters in item descriptions are distracting and some effects could use some further explanation. in addition i wish there was a little more input as a player in terms of making things more or less likely over time. as it is the game feels like 90% luck. i hope you keep making games and have a wonderful day.

The game is fun and has good ideas. Also the graphics are good. But there some problems I have to mention:

1. The map RNG is so random that in two of my runs i had a path of 6 consecutive events/bonfires.

2. Most of the items (which are not that much but that's ok for now) are just different versions of the same item so there are few synergies.

3. There was a game breaking bug where if you have an item which won't let you attack in melee range, an item which heals you when you do melee actions and lastly an item which throws a feather when you heal, you will heal infinitely and throw infinite feathers. So you won't die and will one shot all of the enemies.

4. There was another bug where if you have the item that let you dash when you do melee actions, you just dash through melee enemies without actually hitting them. Also spinning blades won't let melee enemies get close to you to attack you, but you can attack them.
